Managing your Trust – Trust Education File

Experience has shown that when one forms a Trust it is often not used to best effect purely because the Trustees do not know how to use it. The reason is that generally when the Trust is formed all that is given to the Trustees is a single copy of the Trust Deed.

Mark will show you how easy it is to manage a Trust via his “Trust Education File” This File which is given in Hard Copy and Electronic Format is generic to each individual Trust

The Trust Education File provides Instructions on how to manage every aspect of the Trust from open a Banking Account to Purchasing or Selling  an Asset.

You will receive instructions on how to draw up Resolutions. You are also provided with Resolutions generic to each event in such a way that once you complete 2 or 3 Resolutions you will know how to use your Trust
